The Levante Spirits Srl company deals with the marketing of own-brand liqueurs and distillates. 

The company was founded in 2016 and in January 2017 it presented its most important product on the national market: Ginepraio, a completely organic and Tuscan gin since all the plants used in the distillation come from our region. From the first 2,000 bottles produced in 2017, today we sell around 18,000 a year. 

Within a short time Ginepraio has become one of the best-selling Italian gins in Italy. The sale throughout Italy is entrusted to one of the most historic distributors in the sector, Rinaldi Spa of Bologna. Rinaldi has more than 180 representatives in the area and mainly sells to the classic HO.RE.CA. channel, i.e. restaurants, bars, catering and hotels. Rinaldi also has its own online sales channel and sells to Amazon. 

The development of the foreign market is much more complicated, due to the heavy investments in communication required and the reduced capacity of our bottle. However, we can boast good sales and excellent positioning in the best venues in England, Spain and Japan. We have recently opened the markets of Romania, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong and France. 

Today we can boast leading collaborations with companies from other sectors such as Azimut Benetti, a leading company in Italy in the production of luxury yachts and boats, which uses Ginepraio as a gin for all its summer events; and Bottega Veneta which has chosen us for its project aimed at helping and promoting small Italian companies in various sectors. Our bottles are featured in their flagship stores in Miami and Shanghai. 

Ours is a high quality product with a high cost per bottle and, also due to the difficult times the world is going through, sales have stalled. The crisis slowed down the transformation process of the bar channel and called into question the general orientation of the sector. 

As a response to the crisis that has occurred in the last period, the company has decided to increase sales and visibility by creating an environment in which the new offices for employees have been inserted and a space in which, as soon as the Covid-19 emergency allows , can host events to sponsor our product.
